Thanks, Fritz, for joining the WUaS Live Hangout on Air this morning!

Text chat is below.
How best to create such meta-data / mind maps for end users at - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/You_at_World_University (planning conceptually eventually for all 7.5 billion people on planet, and re WUaS Universitian volunteers) - potentially 500 undergrad students in English, and then Bachelor, Ph.D., Law, MD and I.B. high school students in ~200 countries' official / main languages with time?
Cheers, Scott

Fritz Lebowsky10:08 AMYes, I can text you, but voice still has problems. Is there a simple example of a useful multi-author interactive publishing task? What are the most eminent barriers to overcome? technically and in terms of content?Great, how to tag with author/participant community infos that seem particularly relevant to each specific community? How to guide it toward a specific content/knowlege direction without creating information overload?Great answer, Scott. Now I think a meta-language could help. For example: what is the hyperlink graph that other users have created/followed up on... the enhanced learning experience! In other words: we should share how other people use/explore the knowledge base which will make it dynamic experience. Its like adding a mind map of other people's actions.Fascinating! then find similarities of a generic learning progress based on the activated knowledge snippets. All the ideas may lead to emerging new learning and teaching methods.Thank you so much for mentioning the conference methods that activates interaction within a group of engaged students on virtual, distant locations.Individual studies could perhaps be looked at filtering specific information to guide a group toward a common goal in a highly efficient way.me10:47 AMhttp://youtu.be/ysRuawR2iKUhttps://youtube.com/user/WorldUnivandSchFritz Lebowsky10:47 AMWell, yes exponential growth needs to be reduced to human manageable useful filtering of individual goals and team contributions. So to speak, a distributive approach to managing team knowledge and share it efficientlyIt was a great pleasure for me to have participated today!

Dear Cathy!

Thanks so much for your wonderful lunch with everyone, and for having me over in eastern Oregon. So nice to see Steve, Alex, Julie and your grandchildren especially. Your new house in wonderful! Interesting too to see your engagements with digital technologies I hadn't seen before like Nintendo's Wii for - physical! - tennis (and boxing), as well as Dunham's dancing learning-approaches to dentistry - re 'flossing' dance and 'brushing' dances - which are great ways to learn. And glad too that Dunham wrote his first beginning computer program in the Lego WeDo2 'Block' language -

https://youtu.be/Y9wiMjoySJg - and that at least he caught a glimpse of how the MIT/ Harvard Scratch 3.0 drag and drop programming language for kids (and adults!) works, albeit that we didn't connect it to the Lego Robot (from Lego WeDo 2.0 ... check out too Lego Mindstorms EV3 if and after you explore WeDo2).
Julie, congratulations on becoming a school board member. Pendleton schools might enjoy the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math and teamwork) and for social learning, for schools only, in Lego Spike Prime when it comes out in August I think - eg see

And very nice to see you Alex and Steve!
Am excited for when Lego WeDo2 and MindstormsEV3 and SpikePrime all become workable for learning in a realistic virtual earth and even for machine learning which I think is in the offing as I tweeted here:

Cathy, I'll check out the film "The Martian" when I can find it easily online or in the library. The Berkeley Public Library has a few available on DVD, but my MacBook Air doesn't have a DVD / CD slot anymore!
Thank you again for your wonderful get together, the nice lunch, showing me your beautiful new home, - and it was so great to connect with you family-wise.
Warm regards, Scott
