I remember, I was too serious, much too serious

to take my books and study maths, to the swimming pool.

My girlfriends did not understand, why

but I thought, well, let’s give it, a try.

I saw a boy, exactly, not exactly in my school

but I liked him, a lot, much more than I ever thought.

Scuba diving is not that deep, or long, is it, loverboy.

I thought, let the boy, live then, but I did not listen

to my friends, around me. He is still in the theatre,

someone has to learn, to make you breathe, again, all over.

I got Home and fell asleep, my parents did not notice.

It was because of the strawberries, the school and maths.
