If you guys know me, I have Multiple sclerosis. If you don’t know much about MS, feel free to check out my post all about it. When I was diagnosed, I started changing my diet and cooking at least 75% of what I eat. To me, food is so important to real health. Yes, I am a plus sized lady, and no, I am not at it to lose weight. We are what we eat, so efforts that can be made to clean up personal dietary needs, in my non-medical opinion, are an easy first step to move towards real health.
