Then the pleasure of two Writer in the School visits, to Doaktown Elementary School in the morning, and Upper Miramichi Elementary in Boiestown in the afternoon, talking about writing, answering questions about writing (including the usual, How old are you?), and reading excerpts from my books, including Walker’s Runners (which some of the students have been reading; funny how that story seems to have perennial appeal), Out of Sight, and Total Offence.
In between, a stopover en route from town to town to tour the lively and thriving and progressive Upper Miramichi Community Library in New Bandon.
