     Happy October:

I'm sitting at my desk looking at my two-foot tall papier mache Halloween cats, one dressed in green, the other in orange with a pumpkin face.  The live pumpkin is waiting on the kitchen island for its 2008 design. I'm thinking I might carve an arching cat rather than a simple face. Hmm, we'll see. Don't forget: any candy left over from Halloween has no calories and it must be eaten. There is no choice.
