Giving Thanks with Free Reads
First off, I'd just like to say . . .
Look at That Sexy Hotness!
Yes, yes, take a moment . . . absorb it . . . savor it. All right! That's enough! Don't want to overdo it . . .
For those of you who don't know because you were either:
A) Living under a rock or
B) Weren't stalking me online at that time
One of my short stories, entitled A Fair Exchange, was chosen as one of the 32 semi-finalists in All Romance Ebook's annual Just One Bite short story contest.
Now, granted, the contest was a public vote and I didn't make it past the first round of voting BUT I'm definitely not complaining! It was great exposure and I had over 100 people vote for my story in that first round.
Over 100 people read my story and liked it. (Or, you know, they just like me and saw my name and were like, "Ana Hart?! I have to vote for that one!" . . . okay, yes, the former is more plausible but the latter is a nice thought!)
But you know what the best part about that contest is? All 32 of those stories are being wrapped up into three neat little anthologies as free reads.
Free!
Everyone likes that word, right? (Though, in this day and age, few things are actually free . . .) But, worry not! These anthologies are actually free.
My story will be featured in Volume Four (the non-erotic one . . . perish the thought!) shown above and will be available from ARe around Thanksgiving as a show of thanks to all our readers. I hope you pick up a copy and enjoy all the stories therein (mine especially, of course.)
And if you DO like A Fair Exchange, I have a treat for you ;) Can't get enough of Daniel? Well, don't fret over it too badly because he's getting his own series. That's right! Daniel, the star of my Just One Bite story, is getting his own series. The first book will be coming out early next year from Naughty Nights Press! And don't worry. It will definitely be erotic! More details forthcoming over the following weeks.
