By siphoning off the 13% brightest from out of the American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS) communities to work in white-owned companies and institutions instead of using their talents to empower their own people, the failure of the ‘Assimilated Integrationist Token’ era reveals “diversity” protocols to be little more than the risk response plan of the white racist aristocracy to protect the obscenely lucrative anti-Black systemic racism.
