I Am NOT Becoming A Scientologist

I am NOT becoming a Scientologist.

Seriously, I started reading L. Ron Hubbard’s The Invaders Plan. ONE status update on Goodreads, only about 40 pages in since I started it late in the evening, and instantly people start asking me about it.

I am not becoming a Scientologist. I do not credit L. Ron Hubbard with much more than science fiction. I don’t even expect that the book is going to be my sort of thing. I just decided to read it since the Mission Earth series was on a list I saw a while back. In fact, I’m going to read the whole series because I got a good deal on a decent condition set of all ten volumes in hardcover. It’s no big deal, not everything I read has to be amazing or a guide for my life…nor do I assume ahead of time what I’m actually going to like reading since I can’t really know until afterward.
