Where the King Roars

The Black Diamond slope is the toughest slope you will encounter as a skier.  Only the seasoned skier can master this slope due to it being very steep, narrow, and full of obstacles (trees, strong high winds, rocks etc.).  This slope is very treacherous, but isn’t life the same way? Life is like a black diamond course where each obstacle you face & triumph over is essential for your soul growth.  Every path in the course has infinite possibilities and it does not matter what path you take because eventually all of them lead back home. Many times while skiing I have stopped dead on the tracks to take my worn out trail map to see if there is a faster trail down or easier path, thinking that if I just strategize I might make a better choice down the path only to realize the choice I made (whether right or wrong) was indeed the choice I needed to master a lesson at that time.  For a Lion to become a King they need to successfully complete each trail, there is no escaping this. It is skiing down Magic Mountain and enjoying every breathtaking view that I make my way back to my True North. The Circle of Life starts and ends in the same place, HOME which brings me to … The Lion King. Since 1997 Tony Award Winning Broadway Show The Lion King has been delighting audiences of all ages. As you are being entertained you are also given a clear understanding of the Circle of Life. Just like Simba, we all at some point in our life lose our way but that’s when our spirit guides leads us back to where we belong if we are open to the possibilities.  Where is that place? It is the place where the King Roars. It’s a sacred place where everything and everyone is interconnected and has a divine purpose and together they live in perfect balance and harmony. Find your Kingdom and then Protect it!
