"It's been known to happen a time or two."
"Hilarious, boy. I hope she's good at her job and you didn't hire her on her looks alone." He chuckled as if he voiced a funny joke.
"She's very capable." He wasn't going to discuss Rowan's attributes with his father.
"Not a looker then," he said with a sigh of disappointment. "Probably for the best."
"I'll let Rowan know, you'll be sending a band our way," he said completely ignoring his father's last comment.
"I'll be flying there with them."
