Snowy owls have keen eyesight when it comes to details. Pay attention to the details at work. It will pay off.

Grizzly Bears are best avoided if they are out and about now. They should be sleeping. Are you getting enough sleep.

Were Grizzly Bears are making the rounds. Avoid people in a bad mood. Lay low and keep your nose to the grindstone.
