Tuesday, 18th December -- So the Saints didn't give us another upset last night. But everyone else -- a wild, wild Week 15. GO BROWNS (I love Mayfield, wish him the very best). And the Bears overcame how many straight losses to the Packers? Trubisky is one happy camper. And the 49ers beating their nemesis Seahawks, and the Steelers beating the Patriots, who didn't show up. One of the biggies? The Rams lost to the Eagles -- amazing. So it's a free for all -- isn't that fun!?

Today is work of course, and more stuff (always stuff to be done, no choice, don't whine, it doesn't change anything) to do this afternoon. What about you guys?

Don't forget, you can move a finger, you exercise it. You can move an arm, you exercise it. Get the picture? Don't ever forget, you stop moving and your body stops. I lie to you not. Work about any physical problems, don't just give up and use it as an excuse. DO SOMETHING -- (all right, no more harangues -- at least until tomorrow)
