Wednesday 7th November -- Sounds like you guys are wired: using smaller plates, only one helping, and really, this is the truth: You want to pig out? Once a week and that's it. On Thanksgiving, sure, but on Black Friday -- you really cut back, like lots of cold left-over turkey, but no pumpkin pie or other sinful goodies. Okay? But hand-in- hand, always, is exercise. There's simply no way around it. Smaller portions and daily exercise are married and you have to respect that. Divorce, and things won't be good.

So, pick your exercise emphasis for today and do it -- arms, abs, quads -- whatever -- and always follow through, do not put off working out -- it's not worth it, and know, your body thanks you --
