I voted for it too!
But since a great many of my readers have now read it on my suggestion (insistence) I may well have shot myself in the foot when it comes to votes like this :D

Wasn't it released long back?

Wasn't it released long back?"
It was re-released with a traditional publisher this year. And since I think it is a brilliant book that deserves a wider audience, I have no issue with it being on the nominee list.

Thanks, Sharon! That's very much appreciated.

same ..that book is just too good..

Thanks, Christopher, it all helps. Red Sister missed the finals by a narrow margin last year.

Round 2 of the Goodreads Choice Awards is open.
Who will make the finals?

Since sales are directly proportional to number of ratings on Goodreads you will have to reconsider at least the audience assumption. Both Grey Sister and Senlin Ascends have similar numbers.

They didn't even make the final ten.
Thanks for the support, Alexandru!

I loved Grey Sister, Senlin and Bloody Rose. Wish I could vote for all three. Point is; people will still read all of these books for a long time and enjoy them. I know I did.
We the readers are spoiled for choice, which is a great thing! Even though you as authors are doing battle for the top spot(s). I guess what I am trying to say is thank you for the work you put into yours books Mark. As readers of your books, we have already won.

Many thanks, Nikki!

No. If it was more about quality and less about sales numbers then it would have.
