Frankenstein's Army
*A Gory, Horror Movie Review
I saw this movie years ago, but I'd forgotten about it. So one Saturday, on a whim, I watched it again. Needless to say, this movie is truly horrific. There are more body parts than any bucket of fake blood could throw at a film. And as for the storyline... I have to tell you about Frankenstein's Army.

"What is dead may never die..."
Frankenstein's Army is a nightmare. Figuratively and Literally!
Set during a steampunk era of WWII, it tells - actually shows you a group of Russian soldiers responding to a distress call. Thinking their on a rescue mission, they stumble across a mad, Nazi scientist's lab. Inside an abandoned church are things of nightmares, body parts and machine and madness!
This movie is, if anyone else asked, would tell you that it's the worst 84+minutes ever filmed. That would be incorrect. The worst movie I've ever seen was... well, I've seen many. This one, to me isn't the worst. Now that theme song was horrid. LOL Over and over, the same musical chant. Propaganda? Maybe but wow...
So, this is what I say about Frankenstein's Army: If you're looking for nightmares, this is your movie. There is no grand story and the acting isn't all that great, but the point is to bring horror to life. This movie, with it's fake body parts and blood spatter that sets you in the mind of playing video games, Frankenstein's Army is it. It's simple entertainment, nothing more. But then again, that's what I look for on a Saturday evening.
I'm off to the next review. Cheers!
