Repetition is powerful. You tend to believe something if you see/hear it enough times. This is the basis of most advertising and … fake news. It is called the Illusory Truth Effect. Why not put it to work to reinforce your goals? Another neuro-trick is the Zeigarnik Effect – your subconscious needs to finish what you have started. Repetition helps this work for you, too.
