Set lots of goals, in all areas of your life

Lots is too many. Try 3, or even 1. Focus on this. Neurological research has shown that multitasking is a myth, and all you are doing is a lot of things poorly (unless they are very simple, like walking and chewing gum).

People also fall for many of the myths of goal achievement (like "I have to be super disciplined" and "goals must have a nailed down deadline").
