Goal setting Myth #7
I feel selfish if I set goals to get things for myself

Everything you do, everything, is for your own benefit. If you work for charity, do a friend a favour, help little old ladies across the road, work 80-hour weeks at work – it is all for you.

Set your selfish goals!
