I asked Carla Guzman to join 'Dale and I' for lunch. We ate at The Pizza Boat. It was fun. We had a good time.
Carla said, "He's a crack-up, Michael!"

John Sims telephoned me. He's the eighteen year old guy that works with Helen. He needs a place to say.
I made a suggestion by asking, "Why don't you come by my place tomorrow night or call me tonight around nine-thirty or ten?"
John answered, "Okay, I certainly will, Sir."
He sounds nice enough.  He seems very polite for an eighteen year old.  He kept calling me 'Sir'. I liked the sound of it.
My coworker, Cathy, made a negative comment about the dress code in the AIC and SDC Business Office at Pac Bell.
I explained, "The strange thing is that there is NO dress code. Some of them should be told what to wear!"
Cathy laughed, "I agree."
I was dressing very professional for my new job.
Cathy asked, "Do you always dress like that?"
"Yes, I guess so."
I took it as a compliment.

I went to the gym and learned that both Mark and Dave will likely be attending this Halloween Party at our gym.
I simply said, "I may go…I don't know. I have to figure out a costume."

This new job is a bit of a drag. Like every one that begins a new job it takes time to get used to new procedures and master the skills. Rhoda and Lily start the job next week, so that'll be better.

Steve, my boss, is nice.  I like how he is so patient.  He's okay.

I dread it when Paul Margolis comes to the office though. He's a pain.

Dale asked, "Why don't you tell me more about Lottie?"
"Lottie?"
"Yes."
"Well, I haven't spoken to her lately."
He's always fishing for new information.

"People I deal with on a daily basis aren't enlightened."
