Just In Time For Halloween!

Yesterday was my direct-to-Kindle release of Ask the Dice, a crime novel set in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. This marks my first book coming straight out to Kindle (and the other ebook formats). Tommy Mack Zane, the protagonist, is also probably one of my most original and complex characters created to date. His retirement plan from the mob doesn't include the usual gold watch and pension. Since he's pretty much left on his own, he takes the drastic steps necessary to get out of the business and retire. There are more surprising twists to Ask the Dice than in a horror film. So, while waiting for the trick-or-treaters to come and knock on your door as they do on ours, Ask the Dice is the perfect Halloween book to be reading.
