What a glorious day here in Sausalito. Going out later (hopefully) to walk through the town, see all the tourists -- everyone's smiling and laughing and talking and eating Lappert's ice cream and marveling at the view -- remember Sausaulito is right on the Bay so you can stand there and look back at San Francisco, at all the boats, sail boats mainly, the ferries, the HUGE cargo ships coming in and out and, ah, the ice cream. Lots of souvenir shops with cute and not so cute stuff -- All right, I'll shut up. But, if you haven't ever visited, come to San Francisco, go all around, there's so much to see and do, and take the ferry to Sausalito and walk around laughing and smiling and talking and eating Lappert's ice cream.
Work today, and stuff, lots of stuff which requires me to drive Charlotte into San Francisco, her first venture into the BIG CITY, I'm hoping she doesn't panic, but hey, she was raised on the autobahn --
Everyone, again, from this day onward, you get outside and you walk and skip and trot and job and then stop to breathe in the early summer air and all the flowers and you might see some hummingbirds on a trek through the garden, say, or maybe a bear (or not) when you're in the woods.
