Monday was a fine day for me, for you as well, I hope. Tonight the Warriors play the Pelicans, Game 2 of the semi-finals -- watch if you can. Back east the game is very late, 10:30 p.m. since it's played here in Oakland. But if you watch, please hoot and holler for the Warriors. Curry will be back -- after 6 weeks with a torn ACL.
Right now, the working title for FBI Number 23 is LABYRINTH -- If you'd like to give me more titles, please do. LABYRINTH is courtesy of Chelle Shore and if it's used, Chelle, you get a book of your choice (one of mine, sorry). Again, titles that are unusual, like Enigma, Insidious, Anathema -- like that. I thought of Catharsis -- what do you think of that one?
Today, all of us are going to put our noses to the grindstone (and where does that come from?) and before or after work, it's stretches, big stretches, gentle stretches but thorough, then CARDIO -- at least 30 minutes -- if you're on the bike, slow, fast, slow -- same with walking/running/treadmilling/ -- always mix things up, your heart loves it, your muscles sing. Love and singing, that's the best --
