Now that the livestream experiment has ended, the next focus for Carolina Yoga Company x Yoga Vibes is producing high-quality video series focusing on useful, practical routines to help you fix problems and grow stronger, more supple, and more centered with yoga. The vision is for this to include classes, probably in the 20- to 30-minute range, with me, Alexandra DeSiato, Jenni Tarma, and Laura Terry. We’ve done this before, filming short practices keyed to my book Everyday Yoga.
