40. Written And Audio Format For Invocation, Physical Exercises, Breathing Exercises/Pranayams, Chakra Meditation, Kriya Or Techniques For Inner Cleansing & Purifying

It is very important to do some form of meditation or sadhna  for inner purification, for spiritual growth, for good mental and physical health, for peace & happiness and for raising your level of consciousness.


Invocation


Start with the invocation of Divine Cosmic Energy as you request the energy to protect you and guide you during the entire session.


Divine Cosmic Energy ( say it 3 times aloud raising your hand upwards) Then say ….I invoke  Gods divine cosmic energy to flow through every cell of my body. I request the Divine Cosmic Energy to flow through all my charkas and release all the unwanted and blocked energies, I request the Divine Cosmic Energy to increase the vibrational frequency of all my cells and charkas equal to the frequency of unconditional love and completely open and activate them. I request the Divine Cosmic Energy to protect me, guide me and heal me throughout my sadhna/meditation


 


Start With Basic Physical Exercises : Minimum 7 times each


Note: Do it slowly with total awareness


1. Eyes : up and down , sideways , clockwise & anticlockwise



Neck : Same as above


Rotation of shoulders clockwise & anticlockwise


Twisting of waist sideways


Half Squatting


Raise your hands as you lift your ankles and hold it as long as you can


Rotation of hips clockwise & anticlockwise


Bending down and touching your feet


Rotation of knees clockwise and anticlockwise


Full squatting


Rotation of wrists and toes clockwise and anticlockwise

 


Then Do Pranayam ( breathing exercises )


Do not do pranayams or intense breathing exercises if you have undergone surgery or operation and if you have lower back pain.



Deep Yogic Breathing : As you inhale your stomach should come out naturally without any exertion and as you exhale your stomach should go inwards naturally without any exertion as much as possible. ( minimum 10 times)
Agni Sar : Inhale deeply and then exhale deeply , then hold your breath as you move your stomach in and out. Exhale when you no longer can hold your breath ( minimum 5 to 7 times )


Anulom Vilom / Nari shodhna : inhale from left nostril and exhale from right nostril , then inhale from right nostril  and exhale from left nostril and vice versa ( do it for atleast 3 to 5 minutes )


Kapal Bhati : Exhale with force as you push your stomach in. Keep doing it continuously for as long as you can ( minimum 50 to 100 times with rest breaks according to your convenience


Kurm Kriya or Turtle Breathing : Make a triangle mudra with both your hands covering the navel area .Inhale from the nose as you take your head backwards and exhale from the mouth with the hoo sound as you take your head downwards ( do it 8 to 10 times )


Bhrastika : Raise your hands as you exhale out with full force and pull down your hands as you inhale. ( minimum 50 to 100 times with rest breaks according to your convenience. Do the bhrastika with hands forward , sidewards and upwards atleast 30 times each. When you inhale you push your hands inwards (closing your wrists )and when you exhale you push your hands outwards ( opening your wrists )


Surya Bhedi : Every time inhale from right nostril , hold your breath as long as you can as you lower down your chin (chin lock or jalandar bandh ) and then exhale from left nostril when you no longer can hold your breath ( minimum 8 to 10 times )


Chandra Bhedi : (opposite of surya bhedi ) Everytime inhale from left nostril , hold your breath as long as you can  as you lower down your chin (chin lock or jalandar bandh ) and then exhale from right nostril when you no longer can hold your breath ( minimum 8 to 10 times )

 


Paap Nashini Kriya Or Inner Cleansing & Purifying Process


Take out the mmmm…(.OM )  Sound aloud without opening your mouth with or without the chin lock . After deep inhalation when you exhale you take out this mmmmm ….sound concentrating on the particular chakra point. Do it 3 to 7 times on each of the chakras. Can do it for longer time on the chakras which are blocked or closed. Can do it for longer time on the body parts which need healing.


 


Chakra Meditation


Do the loud chanting of the beej mantras on each of the charkas . Do it 3 to 7 times on each of the charkas. Can do it for longer time on the charkas which are blocked or closed. After deep inhalation when you exhale you take out this sound of beej mantra concentrating on the particular chakra point.


Mooladhar / Basic chakra : Tail bone : Beej Mantra :- Lam , 1:1 is the ratio of sound of  La : M


Swadhistan / Sex chakra : Four fingers below your navel : Beej Mantra :- Vam , 1:1 is the ratio of sound of  Va : M


Manipur / Navel chakra : Navel : Beej Mantra :- Ram , 1:1 is the ratio of sound of  Ra : M


Anahat / Heart chakra : Center of chest : Beej Mantra :- Yam , 1:1 is the ratio of sound of  Ya : M


Visshudhi / Throat chakra : Throat : Beej Mantra :- Ham , 1:1 is the ratio of sound of  Ha : M


Ajna or Agya / Third eye : Point between eyebrows : Beej Mantra :- Om , 2:1 is the ratio of sound of  O : M


Sahastrar / Crown chakra : Top of the head : Beej Mantra :- Om , 2:1 is the ratio of sound of  O : M

Below is the audio format of the guided meditation in my voice where i have taken you step by step through the Invocation, Breathing Exercises/Pranayams, Kriya for inner purification and Chakra Meditation as given in the written format above. First read in detail the guidelines given above and then listen my voice in the audio and simply follow with complete faith and surrender. Even if you dont have complete faith and surrender just do it and see the results in a few days. Do it atleast for six months to get full benefits and if you wish you can continue doing it.
