Thursday (already!) 22nd March -- I see from photos you've posted the snow is thick and more coming and it's supposed to be bloody Spring. What have you guys done back there to bring this down on your heads at the end of March? (I hope your wickedness was fun).
The third Grayson Sherbrooke novella, THE ANCIENT SPIRITS AT SEDGWICK HOUSE, yes, it's done and in, BUT decision made not to bring it out until the Fall. Why? Because it would interfere with all the other books coming out, you know, advertising, contests, and so much more, sorry my brain doesn't want to add more specificity at 7:00 a.m. I'm disappointed, but alas, I do understand. Big sigh.
Yesterday I got a hot-off-the-press copy of THE SIXTH DAY. Let me tell you guys, it's not only gorgeous, it's FAT and gorgeous. Being so fat, there's more space between lines so it's lots easier to read. Still, if you're going to read THE SIXTH DAY on an e-reader, let me recommend you consider getting a copy of the hard cover and setting it on the middle of your coffee table -- yes, you're going to show off what fine reading taste you have to all your neighbors and friends. Be prepared. They will see this awesome gorgeous FAT novel and ask if they can fondle it. The answer to that one is up to you.
DO SOMETHING. MOVE -- doesn't matter if you're snowed in and you have to shovel snow -- when you're all curled up in front of the TV eating popcorn, watching the blizzard from a safe distance, DO SOMETHING. Leg lifts, arm rolls, stretches. If you have a bike, hop on and go. (but only after you finish off the pop corn)

I'm Baaaack!

Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
