Starlight.

When skies are bright

and spring is here

most every night

an orchestra appears.

Every star doth music make

to make a symphony

for those awake.

Starlight has magic,

it lights the skies

with cinematography,

before our eyes.

The constellations

are sublime

and tell us stories,

to the end of time.

Most every night,

before I sleep,

I stand and wonder

at the cosmos, deep.

The infinity of starlight

lets us dream

of a higher power,

in a grander scheme.

How small I am

when I gaze up high,

and wonder at the mystery

of the night skies.

Betty Poulin I enjoyed this rhyme very much. My Twin grandsons 6 year old boys and my granddaughter whom is 11 loved it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS WITH YOUR SUBSCRIBERS.
I was wondering if you would consider writing a children's book about Maple Syrup/ or Maine's traditional way to gather sap and make maple syrup? The book could be for YA. Just a thought.
Happy Maple Sugar Sunday!!🍁
Sincerely, Betty
From Maine

Suzy Davies Yes, that's a good idea :)) It may take a while because I am writing several children's books at the moment - the most important one which is next on my list is for the Luna The Moon Pig Series :)) By the way I LOVE Maple syrup :) Very Best Wishes to you and your grandchildren :)) Best Wishes, Suzy.
