Time flew!

Sometimes in life no matter what your intentions, plans or goals are time flies by. I had planned on writing a blog every day or at least every two days. Yet, this past week, I neglected to do so. I checked my notifications and responded, but that’s about it.

There have been many positive and many negative things that have gone on this past week. I have been on a writing frenzy. Knocked out one of my books and am 14k+ into the summer one. The words are flowing out of my head and onto the screen. It feels amazing to have my writing mojo back. (That is the positive)

My son with autism, mood disorder, monitored for early onset Schizophrenia has been a nightmare for his school. His school specializes in behaviorally challenged children. The first 3 months of school he was an angel, then things shifted. Then before Christmas, he was an angel again. After Christmas and until the present time, he has been a nightmare. I had to go pick him up the other week because his behavior was atrocious! The new medication doesn’t seem to make his behavior any better at school. He is good at home (manageable with little outbursts/episodes). But when he has issues at home, he is good at school. It’s like the school and our house can’t win. Baby steps, right? Everything happens for a reason. I am just waiting to see what the reason is. (Grrrr!)

Another negative thing is that yesterday unexpectantly heaven gained another angel. May she R.I.P.

Kiss your loved ones, hug them a little longer and tell them how much you love them. You never know what tomorrow holds so let’s make the best of today.
