The L word ....
Before we get crazy on what the L word is or might be, there are three that are tied so closely together, it is or they are anything but funny.
What is funny is they can be over Come and can be taken to a suitable place in our lives with the inclusion of another powerful L word.
LOVE, LIVE & LOSS.
It is oh so hard for each and every one of us have to face that horrible time in life when we must lose someone close to us. We are faced with all the negatives and confusion type feelings that we just never felt before or even just never considered.
LOSS can be so difficult the day it happens and for quite some time afterwards. It is a battle, that we never want to face nor have we had any real classes in it. Though when the time comes we do not have much choice. It is probably the hardest I have had to come to terms with, indeed.
If you are reading this and are in the midst of going through something of this nature, try and breathe. Sooth yourself with a little whisper, that it will pass. Not the feeling if LOSS but the harshness of when it is oh so raw.
The feelings of Loss, will definitely bring about many other feelings of despair and uncertainties about life.
Life, yes life is another L word that is for living and enjoying. Many slogans and advertisers out there want to inspire us all to live the perfect Life, LIVE Life to the max and so on. It is of course, in times of Loss we will look back on our Life, drawing on our memories. Thinking ourselves to a happier time as we wish to smile and remember the fun we have had, whilst stirring up the emotions we may even fall to a difficult half smile followed with some tears. It does indeed make LIFE a little harder right ? In trying to understand our LOSS.
Bringing us to try and understand exactly how much we have had such deep Love in our hearts.
We are reminded by our tears and then how on earth does any of this make sense ?
It is because we have lived in our LIFE that we feel so much LOVE and causes us so much pain in our LOSS.
Now that whole cycle sure is not easy for anyone, nobody and I know it all too well.
What can we do about it ? As I have said earlier, there are no classes to prepare us for this washing machine spectacle inside of our emotional self.
The questions are endless, but saving the best for last the L word that can help us through. Surround yourself with great friends and family and Laugh. Yup LAUGH. This can help us enjoy our memories, we can even come to tears in our laughter. Tears that will help us shed them and cleanse our soul.
It is a great remedy to help us LIVE
It is a great remedy to help us in LOVE
It is a great remedy to help us thru LOSS.
LAUGH and LAUGH loudly or quietly as you see fit. Never forget to LAUGH, our life will continue and we will carry with us always those who we have lost, sometimes even finding ways to LOVE even more.
Be kind to yourself, enjoy your feelings and as real as they are they will pass too. Embrace the opportunity to feel authentic.
No secret trick to it nor is there any one right way. There is although plenty more Life to LIVE and plenty more LOVE to be had so enjoy those thoughts even when it seems you cannot cope with your own personal LOSS.
Be sure to share with a Friend who may find LOSS difficult right now or finds it hard to LOVE right now.
You may just help them LIVE.

Some may be of my grief, some just things I notice. See what you think as inspiring your thoughts makes my day 😊🇮🇪
