Methods of teaching children jumping.
In middle-aged children, the best results in jumping are observed if the landmark is located 5 cm beyond the result shown by the child in the previous attempt. In children of the older and preparatory groups, the landmark is removed by 10 and 15 cm, respectively.
The landmark has a significant effect on improving some components of the jump technique: reducing the angle of repulsion and approaching it to the optimum (Figure 1),
better use of hand movements, better grouping in the phase of flight, and also improves the quality of the landing.
In the work on physical education in kindergartens, it is very important to determine the degree of development of the jump in children, or, in other words, to determine which results should be considered high, medium or low for children of this age,

This can be done using the evaluation table (Table I), compiled from a survey of a large number of children.
The use of evaluation tables will allow not only to reveal the degree of mastery of a long jump from a place, but also to determine the level of development of speed-strength qualities, since the results and long jump from a place fully reflect the development of these qualities.
Jump in length from takeoff. Leap is a complete motor act, consisting of the following interrelated elements of the movement: run and preparation for repulsion, flight and landing. The effectiveness of the jump depends mainly on the connection of these phases to the whole exercise.
