Introducing Finley Jayne
I get asked all the time who I would cast in a movie of my books, or who I used for inspiration. I thought it might be fun to share my 'cast' with you and get your feedback. Hate my choice? Let me know. Love it? Say it! Have someone else in mind? I'd love to hear who.
So, here she is, Miss Finley Jayne:
Finley might have started out looking like the fabulous Emma Watson, but she soon took on her ow look, as characters do once I get to know them. Still, I think EW could play Fin in a movie version of the Steampunk Chronicles, although I'd have to see her throw a punch first!

Wow! I never would have thought of her to play the part of Finley Jayne. She still looks so much like a little girl....until I saw this picture! She looks grown up! She did actually punch Malfoy in one of the Harry Potter movies & it was a pretty decent punch!

Wow, she's perfect! I never picture Emma like this in my head but this image will be forever ingrained into my memory! Bring on TGITCC! Now to find my perfect look for Griffin..... ;)

In book 0.5 how old is Finley?? I get the impression she's comely, but not so easy to break as Emma does. I see someone very pretty in an understated sturdy- slightly plump- way. I actually see Kirsten Storms- from Zenon- girl of tfhe 21st century (disney) and General Hospital. I can see her in this role perfectly!
You know, I like Emma, and she would be wonderful for the role as Finley. However, I think that Martine is correct in stating that Kirsten Storms would fit the role perfectly. They are both amazing actresses, but when I read the book, Kirsten just fits better (in my opinion) :)
And maybe, Kit Harington for the role of Griffin? Just sayin...
