They say time flies when you’re having fun, which explains how an extraordinary milestone in the Jagjaguwar family sneaks up on us early next year; this February marks the tenth anniversary of the worldwide release of Bon Iver‘s revered debut, For Emma, Forever Ago. To celebrate, Justin Vernon and his band will perform at BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, WI on Saturday, February 17, 2018.This special evening, dubbed FOR EMMA, TEN YEAR, will offer a salute to the songs that introduced Bon Iver to the world a decade ago. Featuring a number of musical guests old and new, the performance is set to mark a singular experience of Bon Iver’s work – a unique presentation of For Emma, Forever Ago’s remarkable sound that continues to captivate listeners to this day. Additionally, we’ve announced a limited edition reissue of the classic For Emma, Forever Ago on both CD and LP. The reissue includes new artwork and a reflective, in-depth essay written by longtime Bon Iver friend and collaborator,Trever Hagen.
