This is an except from my book: 101 Entrepreneur Questions and Answers.Asides from the simple of advice to solve more problems, there are few things you can do, but looking to solve more products for your existing customers is one of the first things you can try. In my hemp idea, for instances, I want to go into product procurement and create a physical brand of household goods to be sold in supermarkets and small independent health food stores.But, there are a few other things you can do it grow your business, and there are 4 things every business of the 21st century needs:Free educational content.Content which helps you to go viral and content that will help build rapport with your potential customers, as well as convert strangers into raving fans. Giving away information and knowledge helps to get people onboard as customers.Reducing your customer acquisition cost whilst building a brand authority by including a call to action for your products or services from within the free content.Product for prospects.A small, cheap or inexpensive product that you can sell to strangers that helps to build authority, get sales and build up their trust in you.Products for clients.A low volume, high value product or service that you can sell to your customers to make money and to solve a big problems of theirs.You only need to sell a few of these a week to hit your targets.It helps if this one, and the previous two, can be created and sold automatically. That way you focus your time on the 4th one and growing your business.Renewing subscriptions.Something the clients will pay you for on a monthly basisThis could be access to something, online courses, lectures, access to you personally, etc.It may help if what they are paying for, you can deliver automatically.Think about how you can automate things in your business, through hiring a personal assistant or using a computer. When you outsource parts of your business it leaves you to be able to focus more on the important sections.Another idea is to create a new customer persona for your business. When you can define someone new that you can target your products for, you can create more content that appeals to them perfectly, that way expanding your business and its reach.Remember that growth is totally at your discretion, as your business can be as large or small as you want it to be. Remember to build your business around your lifestyle, so it enables you to have the lifestyle you want to have.Remember that there is no one way to grow business, you can do and get whatever you want to- it's all based on what you personally want to achieve and to see in your life. You don't need to create the next Microsoft or Apple if you are content to the lifestyle business.
