Is Customer Centricity Really The Answer? Stan Phelps Says Not (MDE249)
Stan Phelps is a keynote speaker, Workshop Facilitator at PurpleGoldfish, and best-selling author (Purple Goldfish). He’s also a Forbes Contributor, faculty member on ANA’s School of Marketing and serves as an adjunct instructor at Rutgers Business School. Last but not least, Stan’s an IBM Futurist. In this conversation, Stan and I explore how companies need to move from being merely customer centric to truly purposeful and why that’s not only good for society, it’s good for business.
