What Amelia Boone Can’t Run Without

Amelia Boone is one of the most decorated obstacle runners in history. She is a three-time champion of the World’s Toughest Mudder, a Spartan Race World Champion and an accomplished ultrarunner. When she isn’t training, Boone works full-time as a corporate lawyer for Apple. Her next race is the 2017 Spartan World Championships on September 29th.
