Meb Reflects On His Legacy and Approaching Retirement
On Nov. 5, Meb Keflezighi will be running his final race as a professional distance runner at this year’s New York City Marathon. It will be the 26th marathon of his decades-long career in the sport and a return to the first marathon he ever ran in 2002. As one of America’s greatest marathoners, Meb still remains the only runner in history to win an Olympic medal and victories at the New York and Boston marathons.
