I was searching for an article to prove my point to a fellow author about needing to have a strong, positive online presence and stumbled across this great review for Crying for the Moon from Dark Divas!

I just want to say that it made me smile to hear an author standing behind the idea that authors need to have a positive online presence. :)

I understand what you're saying about a negative interaction with an author having the ability to completely turn people off of that author's work. It's also really hard to get a person to read an author's work after they've decided to boycott that author. Negative news spreads like wildfire too...sometimes it spreads way faster than positive feedback.
