I Got To Have Quesadilla Mobilla Again

I got to have Quesadilla Mobilla again recently. This was very good news.

My wife and I first found them back in 2012. We had taken a short hiking trip to Moab and they were in town that part of the year. They are based there all the time now, and are the best food in town. Yes, a quesadilla truck is the best food in Moab. We’ve checked.

I mean, we were driving from the Grand Canyon to Denver in one day. We made time to stop off in Moab for dinner just to have their food again. I think that says something.
