Friday, June 30th -- The last day of this precious fun-filled June -- So fast, too fast, and now the OBX is nearly a week over for yet another year. What is wrong with time? We need to have Stephen Hawking address this issue, since as Penny says on THE BIG BANG THEORY, he invented time, see if he can shed light on the fleet-of-foot days and months.
Everyone going to see Despicable Me 3? These are the only movies when I like Steve Carroll and now he gets to do both Gru and Dru -- everyone check in with their opinion, if you please.
Polish off this last week of the sixth month with a dynamite workout -- give it your all for 45 minutes -- thirty minutes hard, HARD cardio, then fifteen minutes of stretching and free weight work for those bat wings -- everyone on board?
