Flashback Friday (The Vision Flow)

In the middle of the night--
God forbid me--
I’m walking down the street.
The cold air is whispering down my skin,
Giving me a horrid chill.

Then,
I hear a gnarl.
I turn to see bright blue eyes,
Narrowing at me.
It’s sharp teeth are grinning in delight.
He’s behind the dark shadows

In an instant,
I froze;
My skin is pale,
like a powdered doughnut.
At a second,
I run like a cheetah.
Without a doubt,
I was running,
Running like fifty miles per hour

Then,
I stopped to see a black mirror.
Dark clouds swirl behind the glass.
As I gaze into what feels a dark mirror,
I see myself emerge, but I look different.
She has bright yellow eyes,
As a demon.
Her teeth serrated
sharp and deadly to the point

What made it look even more grotesque
Is that her green-ghoul skin;
her nails are black and sick.
My eyes widen.
“Is that my dark side?” I asked myself.
I wanted to let out a horrid shriek
So that everyone can take me out,
What looks the shadow realm.
I wanted to run again,
but my knees are locked in place.
I cannot produce a sound.

I see my dark side,
Her eyes glow like the moonlight.
She’s the one that’s controlling me.
I’m in fear.
She’s getting me into fear.
But why?
So with rotten arms,
she wraps it around me,
And takes me into the shadow realm.

In reality,
I woke up.
“It was a dream,” I thought to myself,
Until I went to the bathroom mirror
And see
that my eyes glow,
As demon yellow
