SNL with The Rock!!--And an amazing tip!!!

I usually don't write about things like this, but I'm so mad, I have to say something. I'm not a big fan of SNL, but since there was nothing on TV Saturday, I thought, why not. Now my question is Why?

Dwayne Johnson, The Rock, was host, and they had a skit of who could come up with the most evil invention. His was a robot that molests children. I never thought SNL or he could sink so low, but it seems they can and did. Could someone please tell me what's so funny about a robot that molests children? That's comedy? Something considered funny? I bet if you ask all the ones who were molested as children, none of them would think it's so funny. And neither would the children who are going through it now. And with all the child predators rampant in this world, do you really need a skit about a robotic one? Where is the compassion for those that have gone through this and are still bearing the scars?

I never cared for Dwayne Johnson to begin with, now he's just a disgusting human being. Shame on him and SNL. I will never watch that show again. Sometimes you just shouldn't cross that line for the sake of "comedy". And what's so sad, is there's been no outrage as of yet about the skit.

Now on to better things to talk about. I came across this tip for never having to buy green onions or leeks again. I thought it was so amazing, I had to share it:

Fill a Mason Jar (or other glass jar) to half with water. Add the rooted ends of a bunch of green onions or leeks and put in sunny window. Change water every two weeks. You'll be surprise at how fast the stalks grow. Cut off stalks you need for cooking. It will continue to grow and you save money.
