I live in the deep south where the number four has two syllables. I somehow did not acquire that distinct Southern accent, but I am accustomed to expressions of "Yall", "Ain't", and when I'm really in a mood--"Ain't gonna!".

My daughter is my Queen, my best friend, and also my biggest supporter. I write clean Suspense and Romantic/Suspense/Thrillers with six books published so far.

One of my novels, ‘Cause She’s A Good Girl’, was featured on a popular Nashville Talk Show and awarded a Highly Recommended by BookWoman.

My favorite time of the year is tennis season. When The French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open are airing, you won't find me—unless you know where my 75” television set is. My daughter knows not to approach me during this time ...more

I'm so glad to meet you albeit the internet. Let me just first say that my next release on Jan. 19, takes place in Montreal, and one of the characters thinks it would be fun to blend in with the locals' accent by adding "eh" to the end of each sentence, but she is quickly discouraged from doing so. I love your accents, too. I think they make us unique.

To answer your very good question, I'm afraid I'm a little jaded in that area. I'm so glad that there are those, readers and authors alike, that still read and write stories with good, wholesome content. I think it takes a special kind of writer to be able to do that. To me, stories of violence and lust are easy to put on paper. But to write 'wholesome and good' and still make your story an exciting read takes a special kind of writer.

The public's interest for these types of stories are so widespread. Take Fifty Shades of Gray--When was the last time you saw a wholesome romantic novel get such attention and then turned into a big movie? Those stories are growing in popularity and selling very well; Whereas, good and wholesome lags behind.

You're a writer. I'd like to ask you the same question. Maybe, you can give me a different, less jaded point of view. I would love to hear your answer.

I'm so glad you asked. I'm working on my second suspense novel set in France (that could change) featuring my signature strong, female protagonist. I'm only up to five pages, so there's no title as of yet; but hopefully it will be released Jan. 2017.

I'm also working on a suspense/sci-fi set partly in Egypt with an evil mummy as part of the storyline. But that's going to take a while:)

I've written two novels, getting ready to publish the third and am writing a sequel to the third one. I spend lots of time writing and not much marketing (trying to figure out MailerLite and StoryOrigin without much success) but I see you've done a good job in the latter department.
