A oitava opinião recolhida, na verdade, corresponde não apenas ao primeiro, mas aos dois capítulos iniciais de "Perdidos". Nickie Storey-Bailey, autora do livro "Grimsley Hollow – The Chosen One", escreveu no seu comentário:
"Olá, Rute!Acabei há pouco de ler os dois capítulos do teu livro. Gosto realmente do que tens até ao momento. Agora estou interessada e quero saber o que irá acontecer a seguir! A Marina parece ser uma rapariga amorosa até este ponto, no entanto parece-me ansiar por alguma aventura e pressinto que a irá ter nos capítulos que se seguem! Estou curiosa quanto ao Lucas e ao que ele é.No geral, é o início do que pode ser uma boa história, decididamente despertou-me a atenção e quero ler mais para ver onde vai dar! Muito obrigado por me teres deixado ler estes capítulos! Foi uma honra para mim!!!"

"Hi Rute! I've just finished both chapters of your book.  I really like what you have so far.  Now I'm interested and I want to know what will happen next!  Marina sounds like a lovely girl so far.  However, she seems to long for some adventure and I have a feeling she will be getting some in the chapters that follow! I am curious about Lucas and what he is.  All in all, it is the beginning of what could be a great story and it definitely got my attention and wanting to read more to see where it all will lead!  Thanks so much for letting me read it!  It was an honour for me!!!"
