PHANTOGRAM ANNOUNCES DAVID LYNCH FOUNDATION BENEFIT SHOW TWO IMPRESSIVE COACHELLA PERFORMANCES KICK OFF SUMMER LIVE APPEARANCES INCLUDING MIDDLELANDS, SASQUATCH!, GOVERNOR'S BALL, LOLLAPALOOZA, OSHEAGA & MORE HOW TO DRESS WELL TO SUPPORT AT DAVID LYNCH FOUNDATION BENEFIT SHOW ON MAY 17th AT THE EL REY IN LOS ANGELES

Phantogram kicked off summer properly with massive back to back weekend appearances at Coachella that drew widespread raves from attendees calling the band one of this year's very best, with press nods from CNN, USA Today, Vanity Fair, Billboard, Women's Wear Daily, Time Out Los Angeles and more. But first, they're giving back to the community. Phantogram are excited to announce today a benefit show on May 17th in Los Angeles for the David Lynch Foundation, with How To Dress Well as the supporting act at the El Rey Theater. The David Lynch Foundation (DLF) is dedicated to reducing the toxic stress and effects of trauma among veterans with PTSD, survivors of domestic violence, and at-risk students by providing the evidence-based Transcendental Meditation (TM) to those who need it most. In addition, the Foundation funds medical school research studying the effects of TM on academic performance, ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, cardiovascular disease, post-traumatic stress disorder and diabetes. Collaborating with the David Lynch Foundation is a natural fit for Phantogram, who have been outspoken about their goals to raise awareness around mental health issues and increase access to mental health resources. Net proceeds from the benefit show will be donated to the David Lynch Foundation. This will be a special small-venue show for Phantogram, added to an already stacked tour which includes previous dates in Europe, Russia and across North America, and upcoming stops at the big summer fests including Governor's Ball, Sasquatch!, Osheaga, Lollapalooza and Middlelands.
During their time in the Coachella Valley, Phantogram joined comedian Hannibal Buress for the latest installment of his podcast, Handsome Rambler, where they chatted about their Coachella performance and experience, being on acid, and their latest album Three.
