Point of View/Reader's Expectations
Authors, what is your preferred writing POV? Is there one that is easier for you to write than another?
I am currently writing 3rd person. I would like to try 1st person at some point, but I wonder if readers would be put off if an author they're used to reading in one POV sometimes wrote a book in another?
On the same token, it might be fun for a reader to read something different from their favorite author.
Does anyone have any examples of an Author who writes both 1st person and 3rd person novels?
