Denver Has Wrecked My Tolerance For Gray

Denver has wrecked my tolerance for gray. I’ve lived in Omaha and Seattle, places where it can be gray for months at a time, if not the entire winter. That was fine. Denver is so sunny though. They advertise 300 days of sunshine a year, which seems at least vaguely true.

So what does that mean?

Well, this morning it was gray and it felt as if it had been that way forever. Then I remembered that it started two days ago. Two days is not forever.

Denver has wrecked me for grey.
