Steelwhisper Swastika are illegal in Germany, except for educational purposes. As Amazon is the distributor, they can and possibly would be liable alongside you. The offense is a quite serious one under German criminal law and carries a penalty of up to 3 years in prison:

Additionally, your treatment - as described by you - is the standard treatment any self-publishing author is subjected to whose cover, blurb, title or content violates Amazon TOS in some way. It is something romance and erotica authors are, for instance, rather used to, because by now even the curve of naked buttocks or a side-breast on a cover are not allowed and may get the book or even the author banned.

They always just state that the book infringes their TOS, and in the end it is up to you to discover what for and how to amend it. They've been known to entirely cease publishing authors raising too much of a stink. There have been cases of erotica authors whose entire backlist got unpublished and who were told to take their books elsewhere. You might try reading up on this practice on Selena Kitt's blog:

And here's a guestpost of her on JA Konrath's blog

So, my earnest advice, be careful. They can discontinue just because, no one has a right to publish there.
