Glass Animals Announce Additional U.S. Tour Dates

GLASS ANIMALS ANNOUNCE ADDITIONAL HEADLINING U.S. TOUR DATES PERFORMING AT COACHELLA, BONNAROO, FIREFLY AND PANORAMA MUSIC FESTIVALS COVER GNARLS BARKLEY'S "CRAZY"
Today, Glass Animals have added a second leg to their previously announced headlining U.S. tour. In between their festival appearances at Coachella, Bonnaroo, Firefly and Panorama, Glass Animals' new dates will run from June 6thin Raleigh, NC through August 3rd in Portland, Maine, including a return to Colorado's renowned Red Rocks Ampitheater (see full list of dates below). Tickets will be available on February 10th via http://www.glassanimals.eu/. Glass Animals' live shows are not-to-be-missed and have gained the band a legion of dedicated fans around the world. From Coachella and Lollapalooza in the U.S., to Glastonbury in the U.K. and Falls and Laneway in Australia, as well as the band's recent sold-out headlining U.S. tour, Glass Animals feed off of each crowd's energy to create a one-of-a-kind experience. The band's current single "Pork Soda," a highlight of their live shows, has just impacted at alternative radio in the U.S., and has already amassed 4.6 million streams on Spotify worldwide. "Pork Soda" was recently featured on Mistajam's "Hottest Record In The World" on BBC Radio 1, and was performed on The Late Late Show with James Corden  as well as Triple J's "Like A Version" in Australia. Glass Animals also performed an infectious cover of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" on the program; watch here. Glass Animals' sophomore album How To Be A Human Being (Harvest Records) was met with critical praise, debuting in the top 20 on the  Billboard 200  chart. Entertainment Weekly  declared the album "a gorgeous, complicated, and compelling character study,"and  NPR  praised its first two singles, featuring "Life Itself" on their "Songs We Love" and "Youth" on their "10 Songs Public Radio Can't Stop Playing."
