Yes, steady steps with the eating better is a great way to see some success. At least for folks like me. Cheering you on to working in better eating habits, too.
The artist is Edward Blair Leighton and he did several romanticized pieces like this one. They are great when you're going for the 'swoony' feel good mood. :)

Yes, his artwork is heartwarming and full of romance. I think they'd make great book covers.
