Two-For-One Repeal

Q:  Trump promised to "knock out two regulations for every new regulation" adopted by federal agencies.  I'm thinking this would also work well in education.  Where else could we apply this??

DoA:  It would be perfect for education.  I'd also like it for when my wife wants me to put something in the attic and when they come up with new awards shows.

Where do you think we could apply this 2-for-1 logic?
