Not enough hours in the day...
There is so much to do, and I never seem to find enough time to do all of it.
I have been working on getting book signings scheduled and books to sign at them. At the moment, there are two scheduled, on Jan 28 and 29. I have also been working on a copy edit (my "other" job), and it has been taking up a lot of my time.
My son Jody had a car wreck right before Thanksgiving. His car was totaled, but he was not badly injured. But there was a mad scramble to get him another vehicle.
Thanksgiving came next. We had 9 people, including one on a vegan diet and one with both type 1 diabetes and celiac disease.
Then, I got my first case of food poisoning about two weeks before Christmas. That was ABSOLUTELY no fun. Then Christmas, New Years, birthday party for Jody...and now it's almost time for the two book signings. And Chinese New Year, which is also on Jan 28. So, 新年快樂 (xīn nián kuài lè), everybody!
